I was on the verge of giving up.  I never thought I would lose weight, I had tried everything.  When I saw the amount of weight loss my brother had accomplished in such a short time at Westchester Fight Club I decided to take them up on the 30 Day FREE TRIAL.

I was training at a Jiu-Jitsu school but I had the urge and drive to compete in mixed martial arts.  I needed a gym where I could train all aspects of MMA: Striking, Wrestling, BJJ, and work my Strength and Conditioning.  After looking at different gyms, I chose Westchester Fight Club.  I trained 4 to 5 times a week, every week for a year, and my coaches told me I was ready to compete.  Going through my training camp leading into the fight I received a ton of extra help from the instructors and my training partners.  I felt extremely confident and had support from the entire gym going into the fight. Before joining Westchester Fight Club I was only capable of doing 3-5 push-ups, got winded very easily and never looked forward to working out. After 3 short weeks at WFC I saw and felt results. I felt stronger, energetic, toned, doubled my push-ups and lost 5 lbs!! WFC is a wonderful facility with the most amazing trainers. They have helped me to lose 65 pounds in less than 5 months!! I really feel that its like a family there.
