Kru Primo Bellarosa is our head muay thai coach here at WFC. Since the age of 8 he has been training. Coaching full time for the past 10 years. He is a 7 time muay thai champion in 3 weight classes. Primo has coached and cornered guys in the highest level of the sport. Including Strikeforce, Bellator, and the UFC. He is a BJJ purple belt under Renzo Gracie and wrestled in college. That knowledge with his accomplishments in muay thai give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Training in Danbury.
Steven “the prodigy” Williams is our head BJJ instructor. He earned the name the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of BJJ Blackbelt from Renzo Gracie. He was the main sparring and training partner for GSP during 4 years of his career. Steven has won many advanced grapplers quest and naga tournaments (too many to list) and he is undefeated in MMA competition.
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. He scored the fastest knockout in golden gloves history and is a NY golden gloves champ. Joey is a professional boxer with an undefeated record of 5 and 0 Joey comes from a bloodline of boxing greatness. Both is father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. have trained world champions.
