Our Kru at WFC is Primo Bellarosa. Since the age of 8 he has been training. A full time coach for the past 10 years. He is a 7 time muay thai champion in 3 weight classes. Primo has coached and cornered guys in the highest level of the sport. Including Strikeforce, Bellator, and the UFC. He is a BJJ purple belt under Renzo Gracie and wrestled in college. With his experience in Muay Thai and his well rounded knowledge give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Training in Ridgefield.
Steven “the prodigy” Williams is our head BJJ instructor. He earned the name the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of BJJ Blackbelt from Renzo Gracie. Steven was flown around the country to help train top level UFC guys, He was flown back and forth to Canada to be the main training partner for GSP for over 4 years. Steven is undefeated in MMA and has won many advanced grapplers quests, naga’s, and grappling tournments (too many to list).
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. A golden gloves champion who made history recording the quickest Knockout in golden gloves history. Joey is a professional boxer with an undefeated record of 5 and 0 Joey comes from a bloodline of boxing greatness. Both is father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. have trained world champions.
