At WFC we have plenty of heavy bags and a wide array of training equipment. We have the old school boxing mentality of hard training and hard work at a facility with modern training equipment. Boxing is for more than just the competitive athlete, it offers a great cardio workout and a practical self defense system. Whether you’re looking to add boxing to your routine for the cardio and weight loss benefit or you’re looking for hardcore sparring and training, WFC is the right place. We keep our members motivated without pushing them past their comfort level.
Our boxing classes focus on technique and stamina. There’s no sparring during class, but we do have time sectioned off after class for our students looking to test their skills with sparring.
