Available 24/7, Westchester Fight Club offers personal training for weight loss, strength and conditioning, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Your personal trainer will assess your goals and needs and provide you with a program developed to your specific requirements.

We offer personal training at our facility and we also train clients at their home.

Personal training is a must for those who would like the extra push, motivation and support that one-on-one training can provide, as well as for those who are looking to fine tune their technique. Your personal trainer will keep track of your progress and modify your program as needed.
