Strength & Conditioning
At WFC we focus on making our members better athletes. We have an intense and all encompassing strength and conditioning program that focuses on agility, stamina, strength, and explosiveness. The classes are designed to burn over 1000 calories an hour while strength training and weight training.
Our MMA Strength and Conditioning coach works with professional boxers and MMA fighters. Here at WFC he’s helped members lose unwanted pounds, rip up, and helped fighters get their cardio fight ready.
