A coworker of mine knew that I was looking for something different in a gym that would help me get the results I wanted fast, motivate me and more importantly keep me coming back. He recommended I look into his gym, Westchester Fight Club.  He explained, “It’s not your average gym, but that’s what’s so great about it!” I did one free week trail and after my first class I could immediately tell the difference between this gym and all the other gyms that I been to.  I did exercises that I had never done before.  It’s innovative and never routine, which makes going to work out exciting and fun. Classes are never too big or canceled because its only 1 student, leaving plenty of room for one on one training as needed.

 

Before joining Westchester Fight Club I was only capable of doing 3-5 push-ups, got winded very easily and never looked forward to working out. After 3 short weeks at WFC I saw and felt results. I felt stronger, energetic, toned, doubled my push-ups and lost 5 lbs!! I highly recommend joining Westchester Fight Club; it’s a clean, affordable, has a friendly atmosphere and gets you the results that you desire. I have been working out at Westchester Fight Club for a year now and I still look forward to classes and learning new exercises. I can honestly say that this is the first gym I feel I am getting my money’s worth.
